Section titled “What are the major differences with version 4?”Not much! :D
New default wallpaper
Section titled “New default wallpaper”The new default wallpaper, Maldrakor, should be automatically updated if you were using the previous default one, but you can find the new one where all other wallpapers are: Plasma’s Desktop and Wallpapers feature.
Blur effect
Section titled “Blur effect”We moved away from Desktop Effects Better Blur DX and using the default Blur effect, you can toggle between them:
Make sure to move the sliders to the proper locations, especially the Saturation one, as this ensures the Top Panel does not look too pinky.
Screen Locker wallpaper
Section titled “Screen Locker wallpaper”Moving away from SDDM to PLM (already happened) also made us ensure the Screen Locker was using the new wallpaper. If it does not for you, match the Greeter section from /etc/skel/.config/kscreenlockerrc to your personal ~/.config/kscreenlockerrc:

Not a big update, Dr460nized is very mature and at the moment we want to keep it trendy without a huge revamp.
